Audit the
legal and moral status of any refineries providing oil to
California. Ensure, via a third, unbiased and transparent party
that they are not killing innocent, disadvantaged people to get it.
Ensure they did not partake in those populations consistently
harassed and discriminated against; namely, local tribes. Do not
partake in ethinic cleansing.

must not sign up for bloodstained crude. 


California
must assume a higher moral ground than Brazil´s own
leadership, which has voiced out loud that native people deserve
discrimination and violence. 


Do not
align with new drilling.
