SubjectMake Scoping Plan regulations stronger and sooner

Please accelerate targets of the scoping plan to 2030. We are
now seeing increasing damage from climate disasters and these will
continue to increase - even with immediate changes to counter
global warming put in place. We cannot act soon enough to put a
stop to oil and gas extraction and refining and decarbonizing
buildings. Carbon capture is unproven and just a delay tactic.
Public transportation should be easy and low cost, or even free to
use. Please do all you can. We have no time to lose.
