This bill seems reasonable to control the CO2 emissions, but will
be too costly for California Residents.  Not only will it be hard
to control whether or not a tire has sufficient tire pressure, but
it will be much inconvenience.  The unemployment rate is still
above 10%.  We should be passing bills to help California residents
find jobs therefore they can afford such ridiculous bills such as
this.  I am a California resident and I do not agree to the passing
of such a bill.
