| Comment | I do not endorse this proposed rule in any way. It seems that providing free air charging stations at all gas stations could accomplish this with much less draconian measures ($1000 or six months each day of violation - give me a break!) Three years of record keeping is also overkill, most vehicles in three years will have gotten new tires or sold to a new owner. So what is the point of keeping the records more than 30 days if at all ? As a public servant and engineer I see this as the ARB making a rule to grow their bureaucracy with no value added. |
