SubjectDO Adopt the "Innovative Clean Transit Rule"

We strongly support the Innovative Clean Transit Rule that was
released on August 7 and urge CARB to also support and adopt the
rule as soon as possible to ensure cleaner air in California. This
rule will help individuals, the economy, and much-needed public
transit to reduce VMT.
