Subject2022 Draft Climate Change Scoping Plan - changes needed

Carbon nuetral by 2035 - that needs to be the goal.  There
will be too much damage and harm to the planet if we don't get this
done: rising sea levels, ocean acidification, more damaging weather
changes, and species extinctions just to name some.  Please,
do more to acheive this goal - there are many ways to do this, and
all need to be acted on or explored.
