| Comment | As someone who has spent his entire working career in automotive
parts and service, I think this proposal is complete waste of time.
Please spare me the "studies" that show underinflated tires are
dangerous and cost fuel, because everyone in the business knows the
primary reason for underinflation is owner neglect.
If you can cite even ONE (1) case of a licensed service facility
refusing to check a customer's tires, I'll gladly eat my own shoe.
Adding another unenforceable regulation to the books just makes
the state of California seem even more out of touch with reality.
I truly can't believe someone had the nerve to draw a paycheck
while composing this "great" new regulation.
