AB32 is landmark legislation which will revitalize our economy and
create American jobs.  This legislation is a Win-Win.

Please consider the adoption of a proposed California cap on
greenhouse gas emissions and market-based compliance mechanisms
regulation, including Compliance Offset Protocols.
