As an inhabitant of Fresno, in the great Central
Valley, I urge you to be as aggressive as humanly possible in
reducing air pollution of all sorts - for the health of my children
as well as myself.

there are a host of things to be done - localized
housing/employment/infrastructure - but each piece is necessary. 
Leading by reducing the "legal" amounts of GHGs will drive other
parts of the solution.
