Hello:

It has come to my attention that CARB is trying to add MORE
restrictions on the sportfishing industry.  

These additional restrictions and limitations are expensive, and as
such, many small businesses will not be able to comply.  Therefore,
additional costs/regulations will require many small businesses,
that are already struggling due to Covid, to close.  

These additional burdens are too costly, unnecessary and need to
stop.
