As a physician, I care deeply about the health of my family,
patients, and broader community. It has become abundantly clear in
recent years that our continued use of fossil fuels contributes to
worsening health outcomes, especially among our most vulnerable
populations. It is on the basis of this knowledge that I strongly
urge you to continue working furiously and diligently to wean
California off of fossil fuels as soon as possible. Thank
you.
