     I work as an auto mechanic and just want the truth about this
act. Of these vehicles driving around with underinflated tire, just
what percentage have been into a repair shop in the last 30 days? 
Most cars have not been to a shop in the last 30 days.  Why make
shops responsible for this, not the vehicle owners.  I also
remember reading about a study that showed the underinflated tires
didn't make much difference in fuel mileage.  I have no idea who
did this study, but it was in the newspaper.
