To whom it may concern,

 I understand that air pollution is a contributing factor to global
warming. If you were to take the amount of increased pollution if
the sport fleet was to be mothballed and 50% of the anglers that
could no longer fish on a sport boats would get smaller gas powered
skiffs and towing to the launch ramp, I'm sure that there would be
an increase of pollution.
