Heavy-duty trucks are large contributors to the bad air quality in
California. Requiring manufactures to create zero-emission trucks
would ensure better air quality and would save buyers future fuel
and maintenance costs. The Advance Clean Truck standard has high
goals but is achievable and much needed.
