This is to express my support for the proposed rule to limit
pollution from in-use off-road diesel vehicles.

Diesel combustion is a major source of air pollution in
California, and construction equipment, which would be covered by
this rule, is a major contributor to diesel pollution.

I urge you to pass this rule in order to contribute to cleaner air
in California.
