Please get serious, and do the right thing. Increase requirements
for ZEV's and Plug-In Hybrids. That's the only way to give
consumers a choice to buy Zero-Emission Vehicles.
1. Require the full 25,000 (or more) ZEVs that automakers had
promised for 2012-2014, and
2. Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs.
Choice for consumers means cleaner air for everyone.
