Please hear the voice of the people. Sport fishing in San Diego 
has a very deep history. One that I myself am proud of being part
of as well as having my own children make their ow mark as well. I
work with the air quality resources control board and am on board
with the idea and goals they are trying to achieve. However there
are other options. We are currently making extraordinary advances
daily for the better of all our futures. But we are rushing too
fast. The technology isn't economically feasible at this time.
Please consider these facts and perhaps give these small businesses
the time they need to accommodate such a heavy burden.  We all want
the same thing but we need to work together to accomplish these
