I support the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions 25% or more by
2020.

Reaching this goal is quite difficult. Your mission is to give
consumers the choice to buy Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) and
mandate New vehicle manufatures to offer them 

I hope that (CARB)The California Air Resources Board  will not
reduce the number of ZEVs required of automakers by 90%, settling
for only 2,500 for the years of 2012-2014.


1. Mandate the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014, and
2. Create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids.
