I generally support the mission and works provided through the
California Air Resources Board.  That said I oppose any amendments
to commercial harbor craft regulations that would make it cost
prohibitive for these vessels to operate.  They provide substantial
tax dollars to the state as well as a significant tourism draw to
our beach cities.
