The attached document contains data and a summary of the position
for both the Automotive Refrigerant Products Institute (ARPI) and
the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association regarding a
restriction on the sale of R-134a to non-professionals that is
proposed to be included as part of the discrete early action
measures.  This document was presented to the CARB Executive
Officer on May 1, 2007.
