   Hello,
     As a retired engineer and longtime CA resident, I urge you to
keep our state in the vanguard of environmental protection and
global warming reduction.  Fight the federal gov't rollbacks that
likely will occur.
   Setbacks for women's rights, etc. can be reversed by future
administrations, but time is critical when it comes to climate
change.  
    The most progressive measures come, not from the federal gov't,
but from municipalities, counties & states.  For example, banning
single use plastic bags.   Thank you.
