Require automakers to
reach a target of 100% of their new vehicles being
zero-emission in 2030, in order to minimize pollution and maximize
the number of non-fossil fuel cars in the market. Create strong
equity standards that ensure automakers increase
affordability and access to ZEVs for disadvantaged
communities, which face the worst impacts of air pollution and
climate change.
