The following changes need to be made to correct two definitions in
Appendix C New and Modified Product-Based Benchmarks staff report.

On page 9 Table2: Proposed Product Definitions for Beverage Sector
(NAICS 312120 and 312130)

Crystal is a brand and not an accurate description of the material.
  “Dry Color Concentrate” is a more accurate descripting of this
product.  Please change Crystal Color Concentrate “Dry Color
Concentrate.”

 “Activin” is a brand name and not an accurate description of the
material.  The most accurate name of this product is “Grape Seed
Extract.”  Please change Activin “Grape Seed Extract.”
