Comment
Pollution is one of the biggest drivers of climate change, and
we can make progress by building cars that meet zero emissions by
2030.  Let's do that, and require that car maufacturers
provide 75% of their new cars to meet that standard.


I'd also liketo stress that we put in place strong standards
that will ensure affordability


and access to these new cars.
