Thank you for the opportunity to comment on California's CPP
Compliance Plan. Our comments are attached. In particular, we'd
like to share a recent Alliance report, which showcases the
tremendous potential in California to reduce emissions through the
use of industrial energy efficiency, including combined heat and
power.
