The attached file contains my PPT presentation for the November 28,
2011 UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability Seminar
"Does Fine Particulate Matter Kill Californians? An Epidemiologic
and Regulatory Controversy."  I have documented, with detailed and
irrefutable evidence, the pseudoscientific process used by OEHHA,
SRP, and CARB since 1989 to hype the health risk of diesel exhaust
among Californians and to provide an erroneous justification for
the Goods Movement Emission Reduction Plan and Proposition 1B
Grants.  Please give careful and thorough consideration to this
entire presentation.
