1. CARB should require automakers to reach a target of
75% of their new vehicles being zero-emission in 2030, in order to
maximize pollution reductions and the number of clean cars in the
market;


 


2. CARB should include strong equity standards that
ensure that automakers increase affordability and access to EVs for
disadvantaged communities, which face the worst impacts of air
pollution and climate change.
