Please cease and desist your attack on owner operator businesses,
especially in the sport fishing industry. How many people will you
put out of work? How many people will lose a wonderful experience,
and in the end, how many owners do you expect to comply with such a
draconian edict?  Stop and think about how the public views your
position. A day will come when voters will overturn your
foolishness.
