I feel with this new CARB mandate that generations and generations
of Sports Fishermen will have end their legacy. This action could
be done a little at a time so they can afford it. If the state
pushes this they should offer Zero% loans to comply. I think this
mandate could potentially add to the bigger problem of
Homelessness.
