Hello,  I love the Ocean and agree with protecting it.  I believe
there is a way to find a balance between fishing and protecting
fish.  Banning fishing is a 'knee jerk' reaction without a lot of
thought of the ramification.  Please investigate other options to
help come to a reasonable solution.  Protect the responsible
fishing businesses and fisherman.  Thank you
