Please do not cut Zero Emission Vehicles down to 2500 from 25,000
for the year 2015. I won't be here then, but my granddaughters
will, and they have a right to a future based on solar energy and
zero emission cars. We are at a crisis now with oil profits
running, and ruining the economy, America's dependence on oil in
its cars, and the blind and depressing frame of reference of the
internal combustion engine.
