CARB, please, enough of the strangling rules, and regulations,
Sportfishing is a family sport we all use, and enjoy, please stop
these excessive rules, and regulations, fishing is something my
family does together, if you continue to make it more expensive,
and restrictive, we will not be able to enjoy this past time, thank
you.
