The health of the Amazon is vital to the health of the planet
and all life on it; far more iumportant than the momentary benefits
gained from destroying it in the search and exploitation of oil and
other "resources" that might be found there. The present and future
depends on your wisdom in this matter.  Thanks for your time,
and for the opportunity to express my concern.
