| Comment | Please let the harbor craft continue providing services to those that enjoy whale watching and fishing trips. Enacting regulations that would create significant costs may well result in the loss of this valuable resource. The younger and older citizens would be the hardest hit since they have few, if any, ways to compensate from its loss. Please maintain the status quo for those enjoying a day on the water provided by the harbor craft. |
