SubjectCARB change of regulations for commercial sport fishing and tour boats

I am writing to object to the mandatory change of emission controls
to the sport fishing and tour boat industry. I feel these changes
are being pushed onto these small businesses without regard to the
consequences to them or their customers. Please reconsider this
legislation and provide sponsorship and teamwork instead.
