Please amend this regulation so that it does not effect any
vehicles purchased before the law was put into place. I own a small
landscaping business with one truck bought new in 2006 and because
of the economy I can't afford the retro fit nor can I purchase
another vehicles that meets the current standard. I feel like I am
being penalized for something that I have no control over.
