Hello,  I write in my personal capacity as the former Mayor (and
current Council member) of Woodside, CA.  The 280 Freeway bisects
our Town and I know some Town residents (including my family) have
concerns about asthma in kids and air quality in CA.  Please pick
the highest minimum threshold for electric trucks (at least 30% by
2030).
