Hello,
As a Canadian I have little influence on CARB policy and it is not
my place to tell Californians what to do.  That said I think a
strong ZEV policy in California will have a great ripple effect to
the rest of North America and I hope CARB can look past the
interests of the auto industry and think about future generations
when it makes a hopefully strong commitment to increasing the
number of ZEV on the road and in sales rooms.
