These people do not make enough money to buy new engines. Thay are
hare working people that live month to month. The rates for a
fishing trip or whale watching trip is already as high as can be
and still get customers. The new mandates will likely put most out
of business. Businesses that too a lifetime to build. Not only that
but many children from families like mine that live on less than
40K a year will never be able to afford a day on a boat in the
ocean. That would be a shame.
