Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts. As a grandfather
of six I sincerely hope you will not deprive us of the opportunity
to share some days on the water with our youngsters. These
draconian proposals are a poor trade off of recreational and
business loss vs very limited environmental gain.  At the very
least please grandfather in the existing participants.  Thanks for
your consideration. THB
