| Comment | The zero-emissions technology for vehicles has been around for a
good number of years and its use is ready to be expanded from
passenger vehicles to delivery vehicles. The public support is
there to improve our air quality and support companies that DO
BUSINESS BETTER. I believe a plan to take 5% of the polluting
trucks and vans off the road, starting with older/more polluting
ones, would be economically feasible. After 10 years half of the
delivery vehicles would be emissions-free, if registrations for new
delivery vehicles require that the new vehicles be emission-free.
The public would see what a difference the new policy in CA makes
in the span of several years! Please consider a results-oriented
approach and timeline to make a substantial improvement to CA's air
quality.
