I urge CARB to approve at, a minimum, a 30 percent threshold for
electric trucks by 2030. This is a modest goal that in fact, should
be exceeded by common sense, economic incentives and public health
considerations.  Do the right thing and keep California a model for
responsible stewardship and good governance in the area of
Environmental protections and addressing global warming.
