Please reverse course on your new diesel engine mandate.  There are
not enough sportfishing boats make a difference in the climate
change especially when you look at all the pollution countries like
China, India and many of the third world countries. As it is now a
family can barely afford to go fishing once or twice a year and
what you are asking the sport fishing fleet to do would eliminate
the opportunity for most people to be able to afford a days fishing
on the ocean.
