There are many reasons why we need to get diesel trucks off
California roads. 
1. Reduce climate-changing carbon emissions
2. Improve social justice -- the well-established increase in human
morbidity due to diesel emissions and particulates
disproportionately impacts lower-income people who cannot find
housing except near heavily-traveled roads.
3. Stimulate economic growth by developing all the new technology
and infrastructure needed for an all-electric economy

I urge the Board to be bold -- you have the opportunity to make a
significant difference in the lives of all Californians !!
