Those of us in the rest of the USA are depending on California to
lead the way to a better, cleaner, less oil war tortured world.
Keep in mind THAT UN-SUBSIDIZED, IN MOST OF CALIFORNIA,
PHTOTOVOLTAICS (SOLAR ELECTRICITY) CHARGING EV'S AND PHEV'S VIA
THE EXISTING UTILIT GRID IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN $3/GALLON
GASOLINE! 

Please honor the California legacy of Silicon Valley and lead the
world into a new, more prosperous, polluton free economy.
