We ask CARB to provide incentives and regulations to
achieve a target of 75% of new vehicles in
CA be zero-emission
in 2030, in order to maximize pollution reductions and the number
of clean cars in the market. This will allow CA to continue to be
at the vanguard of cleaner tech while promoting high-quality
careers and economic development. 
 
We are also asking
that CARB include strong equity standards that ensure
automakers increase affordability and
access to
ZEVs for disadvantaged communities, which face the worst impacts of
air pollution and climate change.
Please also consider incentives to induce conversion to electric
leaf blowers from fossil fuel powered equipment without pollution
controls.
