The sportfishing industry is under dire threat of dissolving if
this measure is affirmed. Thousands of hardworking Americans will
lose their livelihoods. I was introduced to this hobby by my father
and still hold many fond memories of fishing with him dear to my
heart. It will be a great miscarriage of justice and equality
should these unidirectional regulations and requirements go into
effect. The massive polluters are not the sportfishing industry,
but other bad actors. I think the air resource board should focus
on old junkers in the road, cargo shipping backlog, and clean
energy generation during nighttime rather than come after the
sportfishing industry.
