Please reconsider the proposed amendment for Commercial Harbor
Craft Regulation. I am a regular user of commercial fishing boats
and the proposed regulations seem to be very punitive to the boat
owners, but also to the people who use them, the people who work at
the landings, the tackle store owners and their employees, and many
more. There must be a better solution than just forcing people out
of business and denying people of all ages to enjoy the beauty of
the ocean and to build memories. Thank you.
