Hello,
I am asking the board to reconsider the overreaching, highly
restrictive, requirements being imposed on the fisherman and
families. This is not necessary, and to expensive a  requirement.
You will be putting many fisherman and whale watching boats out of
buisiness.

Please reconsider this amendment and vote no.
