I urge the Board to NOT reduce the number of zero emission vehicles
required to be manufactured and sold to California residents.
Plug-in Hybrid vehicles should NOT be included as zero emission
vehicles for purposes of the minimum number manufacturers are
required to provide.
For decades California has  been a leader in reduction in air
pollution.  Now is not the time to relax regulations or slack off
from pushing technological advances in emission reduction.
